Please understand we do not accept returns, as all of our swimwear is made-to-order. Your order is handmade from scratch in the size, color and style that you request.

Returns for an exchange will only be accepted if the item is deemed faulty and must be returned unworn within 7 days of receiving item. We will use the tracking information for the delivery date to honor this timeframe. BonVie Bikinis reserves the right to deny returns if this criteria is not met. You have 7 days to contact the shop to inquire & send back your item(s) for an exchange if this should occur. If you do not contact the shop within that time your order is final. No items will be remade for wrong fabric choices, style dislike, or coverage dislike as it is your responsibility to check product descriptions, sizing charts, and or provide detailed measurements so we can assist with sizing prior to checkout. 

Should you need to return a faulty item we ask that you contact the shop at info@bonvebikinis and provide your order number, date received, reason for exchange, name you ordered under, and email. Please note that I do not cover return shipping for exchanges but I do cover shipping back to you of your new item. When exchanging an item we highly encourage you to purchase return shipping with a valid tracking number. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items must be clean and unworn.   Item must be free of any perfumes or odors, deodorant marks, lotion marks etc. Tags, & Hygienic liner must be intact. This means there are ZERO signs of wear. There should be no MAKEUP, DIRT, EXCESS SKIN, UNDERWEAR STAINS, BLOOD or marks of any kind. I have a zero tolerance policy for sending back dirty items. All exchanges are subject to Bonvie Bikinis approval and may be rejected without return eligibility if the above conditions are not followed.

Colors and lighting may appear differently on each computer or mobile device, therefore there is a slight possibility there can be slight color variations. We do our best to showcase every fabric as realistic as possible in our listings. Please feel free to dm us or email us if you are unsure about the color you are purchasing and would like to see more photos.

We do switch our our fabrics often as we produce and turn over small batches quickly. Please note new batches of fabric may not be the exact same color as the next batch of fabrics so we do encourage if you are purchasing another pair of bottoms or a top to match your past purchases to ask us prior to ordering as there is a high chance the colors will not match. We also advise you to purchase your full set at the same time to ensure you receive the exact same colors for both pieces.  

We continually update our fabric page with suggested fabric pairing if you are unsure which fabrics pair best together.  If you need help deciding on a fabric please contact the shop.

Please be aware that due to the nature of swimwear fabric, lighter colors such as, but not limited to, white and creams, may become sheer when wet. If this is a concern to you, please choose other colors such as darker colors and patterns that may be a more safe and more forgiving option. Bonvie Bikinis is not responsible for any damage done to items after purchase, including damage or faults caused by washing machines or laundry products, such as but not limited to stains, bleaching or dye leaking.
