Exchange Only
-BonVie Bikinis does not accept returns, however, a one time size exchange is welcome within 7 days of receiving your purchase as long as your item was not customized in any way.
-Item must be in the same condition it was in when received with all original tags and hygienic liners in place.
-Item must be free of any perfumes or odors, deodorant marks, lotion marks etc.
-All exchanges are subject to Bonvie Bikinis approval and may be rejected without return eligibility if the above conditions are not followed.

CUSTOM ORDERS AND PERSONALIZED ITEMS:
-Due to the nature of customized swim we do not accept returns as all items are handmade-to-order in the color, coverage, style, cut, and sized for you.
-Returns for an exchange will be granted only if the item is deemed faulty or defective, given the item is returned within 7 days of the customer receiving the item. BonVie Bikinis reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges for such reasons as change of mind, wrong fit or not liking the style or color choice.
-Please use the size guide & product descriptions when choosing a size. There is specific information in the item descriptions regarding coverage & sizing for each style. If you are unsure of your size please feel free to include your bra sizing, pants sizing, or measurements when checking out under the notes section.
-Please email info@bonviebikinis.com or DM me on Instagram @bonviebikinis with your measurements. I would love to assist you with sizing prior to checkout to ensure you purchase your perfect size!
Please be aware that due to the nature of swimwear fabric, lighter colors such as, but not limited to, white and creams, may become sheer when wet. If this is a concern to you, please choose other colors such as darker colors and patterns that may be a more safe and more forgiving option. Bonvie Bikinis is not responsible for any damage done to items after purchase, including damage or faults caused by washing machines or laundry products, such as but not limited to stains, bleaching or dye leaking.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you have a change of heart about your purchase please email us within an hour of placing your order to cancel. Any time beyond that and we cannot offer an order cancellation.
SALE ITEMS:
All sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned this includes items purchased with any promo code or discount codes.
EVENT & RETAILER PURCHASES:
- All items sold at events are final sale.
- We do not accept returns for items purchased from retailers, if you need to return an item purchased from a retailer please directly contact the retailer you purchased from for information on their exchange/return policies.
